Shipping Time

  • Standard delivery within India typically takes 3–7 business days.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier availability, and external factors beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.
  • Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

Delivery Issues

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
  • Global Medicare is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address details provided by the customer.

Returns Policy

7-Day Return Window

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The product must be in resalable condition.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used healthcare products
  • Medicines and pharmaceutical products
  • Personal care items that have been opened or used
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer
  • Clearance or final-sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • Description of the issue

We will review the claim and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Refunds

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect product), we will bear the return shipping cost.
